Helin Ulas (born 1990, Turkey) is a visual artist and designer. Her works operate at the intersection of technology, real-time media environments and performance art. She utilises new media to create performance pieces and video installations that challenge traditional notions of audience participation, often resulting in participatory experiences for the audience. Ulas’ work has been exhibited and awarded internationally in various contexts, including Lumen Prize (2020), Sonar+D (2019), Ars Electronica (2021-2018).
