Under the direction of Professor Michael Bielicky, students of the Stattliche Hochschule für Gestaltung (HfG) will realize a pilot project on the market square in Karlsruhe on Friday, January 28, 2022. From about 6pm experimental light and media artworks will be shown.

Exhibitions in public space have a long tradition at the HfG: since winter 2007, students have been presenting works under the label Go Public in the public context of Karlsruhe, such as the Karlsruhe main train station, tram stations, the Volkswohnung, the Natural History Museum, but also the monastery ruins of Bad Frauenalb and in the forest near Schöllbronn. In addition to projections and visual works, interactive projects will be presented within the action Go Public! on the market square.

The event takes place in compliance with the applicable legislation and observance of the distance rules.

Go Public! is a pilot project of the School of Design (Stattliche Hochschule für Gestaltung Karlsruhe) within the framework of UNESCO City of Media Arts.
