The exhibition Di bin ezmanekî de | Under the Same Sky brings media artists from Turkey, Europe and Canada to Karlsruhe, opening a dialogue at the offspace Luis Leu. The exhibited artworks range from protest to hope, from subversion to humor, from activism to poetry, and project freedom onto the wall.
In the context of socio-political crises, media art can enter zones of artistic freedom on hard disks, USB sticks and (encrypted) e-mails.
During the exhibition weekend, two guided tours and an artist talk offer an opportunity for exchange. The program is open to all citizens, shaping a dialogue that will continue beyond the exhibition.
