The BookBauFestival at the HfG Karlsruhe presents artists’ books and print media. With workshops, lectures and exhibitions, the festival promotes creative dialog between design, typography and art and offers space for new ideas and perspectives for international and national publishers and students.
This is where students from the HfG and other universities and people involved in the artists’ book scene come together to present their various artists’ books. Together with the students, the HfG is planning this exhibition in the context of economy, sustainable production and the exhibition / collection of artists’ books. Over three days, workshops and lectures are planned and open to everyone, also within the format of the Open Day on 02.02.25 in the Hallenbau.
